CASAVICI does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds. All sales are final.
Why No Returns?
To ensure all of our customers receive the best quality product, purchases cannot be returned for resale. All items purchased in our store hold the promise of being up to CASAVICI quality control standards. Customers should expect that all items purchased in our store are new, unopened, and/or unhandled by anyone other than the supplier or CASAVICI staff.
If there is an issue with your order, or items do not match the product description listed on the site, please contact us at info@casavici.com with your inquiry.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are dedicated to providing quality products and experiences to all CASAVICI customers. We will work swiftly to correct any dispute in accordance with our policies. Refunds
After receiving your inquiry, we will reach out to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
